Planning Board

Through the Board's work, the Town has adopted an Accessory Apartment Bylaw, revised Sub-Division Regulations, and amended the Schedule of Uses to be more friendly to small businesses.

The Planning Board meets the 1st Monday of each month at 7:30 p.m., with additional meetings scheduled as needed.

Note: Effective July 1, 2019, the fee to apply for a Special Permit under the Zoning Bylaws has increased to $300.

The Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, August 5, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. in the Town Offices at 422 Main Road to discuss the application to construct a new cell tower off of Ireland Street.  The application is attached below.
